Sprint/Hurdles/Jumps
ALL TRAINING NOW STARTS AT 4.30 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays. On Monday there will be High Jump training, together with other field events, followed by Sprints Training immediately after at 5.15 pm/5.30 pm. On Wednesdays there will be Throws or Jumps training at 4.30 followed by Sprints Training at 5.15 pm/5.30 pm.
