Sprint/Hurdles/Jumps/Throws

ALL TRAINING NOW STARTS AT 5.00 pm
on Mondays & Wednesdays

High Jump & Hurdles training will be alternated each week - one week on a Monday night, the next week on the Wednesday to enable all athletes to participate

On all training nights - the first hour from 5-6 pm will be field events, followed by sprints/hurdles from 6-7 pm

Please remember to bring plenty of water as it is starting to get a lot hotter.  Also, although it is warmer, please remember to bring a jacket as well

All Warradale athletes from U6 - U17 are welcome at Training
